Our Industrial Wet Scrubber Tower is engineered to deliver exceptional purification performance for SO₂ (sulfur dioxide), CO₂ (carbon dioxide), and NH₃ (ammonia) — three critical pollutants in industrial emissions.

Operating on a proven gas-liquid contact principle, the system draws waste gas into the purification tower via ductwork, guiding it through a high-efficiency packing layer. Here, the gas stream (rich in SO₂, CO₂, and NH₃) undergoes intensive contact with a tailored absorption liquid. This deliberate interaction triggers targeted neutralization and absorption reactions: SO₂ is effectively stripped via alkaline absorption, CO₂ is captured through optimized liquid solubility, and NH₃ is neutralized to minimize its pungent, corrosive impact.

Post-reaction, the purified gas passes through a demisting plate and mist eliminator to remove residual moisture, ensuring clean, dry emissions before being safely discharged into the atmosphere by an integrated fan. The absorption liquid, after completing its cycle, is recirculated — pumped from the tower base to the top for re-spraying, creating a closed-loop system that reduces operational costs while maintaining consistent treatment efficacy.

With this design, our wet scrubber achieves remarkable removal efficiencies for SO₂, CO₂, and NH₃, guaranteeing that purified exhaust gas meets or exceeds national emission standards.
