The RTO’s core is a tailored thermal oxidation process:

  1. High-Temp Destruction: Exhaust (grease, food VOCs, odors) enters a 800–1,200°C combustion chamber, breaking pollutants into harmless CO₂ and H₂O.
  2. Regenerative Heat Recovery: Ceramic media capture 95% of oxidation heat to preheat incoming gases, slashing energy use—vital for 24/7 kitchens.
  3. Uninterrupted Operation: Intelligent valves alternate gas flow through heat beds, ensuring no downtime during constant cooking.
