Specification

The asphalt distributor is a semi-intelligent technical product specially designed for spraying emulsified asphalt, cutback asphalt, hot asphalt, high-viscosity modified asphalt and other asphalt materials. It is used for spraying prime coat, waterproof layer and tack coat on the base layer of asphalt pavement in high-grade highway construction. The distributor consists of an automobile chassis, asphalt tank, asphalt pump delivery and spraying system, hydraulic system, combustion and heat transfer oil heating system, control system, pneumatic system and operation platform.
 
Easy to operate, this vehicle incorporates technologies from similar domestic and foreign products, with added quality-assuring features for construction and humanized designs that significantly improve working conditions and environments. Its rational and reliable design ensures uniform asphalt distribution, and the overall technical performance has reached advanced world standards.
 
1.This vehicle adopts a Dongfeng chassis, featuring excellent load-bearing capacity, flexible and light handling, and an attractive and streamlined appearance, providing safe, efficient and reliable services for intercity logistics customers. The asphalt spraying volume can be set independently according to the required spraying rate and working width.
 
2.Asphalt distribution control is completed from the driver's cab (a backup operation platform at the rear is also available), enabling one-to-one control of the rear nozzles and thus arbitrary adjustment of the spraying width. This allows the driver to operate the machine single-handedly.
 
3.Heating method: Diesel burner (Italian Riello) heating and heat transfer oil circulation heating, which automatically shuts off when the temperature reaches the set value.
 
4.Equipped with an internationally advanced high-viscosity asphalt pump, the vehicle can pump external asphalt into the tank for "self-priming", or pump asphalt out of the tank.
 
5.The asphalt spray boom adopts a three-section folding structure, which can be adjusted vertically and expanded horizontally to extend the spraying range while effectively avoiding obstacles.
