This 11 m³ sealed food waste collection truck is built on a Dongfeng Kinland 4*2 chassis and complies with the China VI emission standard (equivalent to Euro VI). The tank is fabricated from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features a fully enclosed, leak-proof structure with reinforced sealing strips, effectively preventing sewage spillage and odor escape during transportation to avoid secondary environmental pollution.
The vehicle integrates an internal solid-liquid separation system that separates kitchen sludge from leachate, facilitating subsequent waste treatment. A side hydraulic bin lifter automatically lifts and empties standard 120 L and 240 L waste bins, reducing manual labor and improving collection efficiency. Waste is discharged via hydraulic rear ejection. The entire hydraulic system is stable and easy to operate, controllable both from within the cabin and from the side of the vehicle.
