Regarding raw materials, we utilize 304 austenitic stainless steel, which contains 8% nickel and 18% chromium. This composition significantly reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion. Even under extreme temperature variations ranging from -40°C to 60°C, its yield strength remains stably above 205MPa. The corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel far surpasses that of common 201 stainless steel. The 1.2mm-thick sheet ensures the bin's durability, enabling it to withstand high-humidity coastal environments without rusting easily. Its service life extends beyond 20 years.

In terms of craftsmanship, the bin body employs a one-piece bending process, effectively eliminating stress concentration issues typical of traditional splicing methods. Automatic welding robots create fish-scale pattern welds, which undergo multiple polishing procedures and dye penetration inspection to ensure the absence of pores and guarantee welding quality. The cross-reinforced rib structure at the bottom has passed the 150-kilogram gravel drop test. It also distributes forces evenly during forklift handling, greatly reducing the risk of edge cracking.
