The BCI Series incinerator is engineered to meet strict technical, safety and environmental criteria for medical waste treatment. Built around an enclosed, high-efficiency combustion chamber and multi-stage flue-gas purification, BCI delivers reliable pathogen destruction while minimizing odor, visible emissions and secondary pollution, which is vital for hospitals, clinics and quarantine zones.


Key advantages


BCI features a double-chamber, double-burner design with an enlarged secondary combustion zone to ensure thorough high-temperature decomposition and extended exhaust-gas residence time for effective elimination of infectious agents. The sealed structure and dedicated smoke purification enable low-odor, low-visibility operation that prevents disturbance to wards, staff and nearby residents. Its smoke purification room uses calcium oxide to neutralize acidic gases released from burning medical plastics, reagents and contaminated materials. Integrated controls and an independent inner blower improve operator safety, prevent backfire and reduce operator intervention.

Multi-stage combustion with sufficient retention time guarantees breakdown of biological, pathological and pharmaceutical residues.
